Continuous training: we invest in and foster your talent. **Your typical day will sound like this…** * Conduct the study, implementation, and planning of construction works, as well as scheduling, execution control, and economic management; define objectives, assign productivity and resources per item to determine the processes required to successfully complete a construction project. * Prepare service proposals offered by We Project, including drafting and issuing reports, drawings, budgets, and project schedules. * Draft and review installation projects such as Demolition and Earthworks, Foundations, Structure, Masonry, Cladding, Suspended Ceilings, Flooring and Tiling, Waterproofing, Insulation, Glazing, Painting, Sports Installations, Urbanization, and Furniture and Equipment. * Produce technical drawings. * Prepare measurements and budgets. * Monitor projects, including documentation control, order tracking, cost control, and schedule management. * Prepare operational and technical reports, as well as reports on the status of civil and architectural works. * Conduct site visits. * Manage construction works, contracting, and monitoring. * Manage and supervise subcontracted companies and suppliers. * Perform other duties within your scope of responsibility as assigned by your direct supervisor. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Technical Architecture degree. Postgraduate education, specialization in Occupational Risk Prevention, Construction and Building, and/or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification are desirable. Minimum 2\-3 years of demonstrable and/or relevant professional experience. Prior experience in construction study and planning is essential. English level B1\. AutoCAD, Office Suite, Revit. Construction cost control software: SIGRID. Proficiency in cost and schedule control, supplier management, measurement preparation, and budget control. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
