Together, we are and build Mapfre. * **Location:** Majadahonda, Madrid * **Contract Type:** Temporary (Maternity Leave Coverage) * **Department:** Corporate People & Organization Area **What Will You Do in This Role?** ----------------------------------- * You will manage all aspects involved in international mobility (tax, labor, immigration, operational, Social Security, etc.) * You will use SuccessFactors and Excel tools to manage processes related to international mobility. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** --------------------------------- * **Education:** Degree in Law or related field. A Master’s program oriented toward Human Resources or specialization in this area will be highly valued. Formal training in international mobility will also be positively considered. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and, especially, data handling and analytics will be valued. * **Experience:** Prior involvement in managing international mobility processes or in Social Security/tax matters will be highly valued. * **English Level:** Advanced English proficiency is mandatory (minimum C1 level).
