We are looking for someone with Higher Education or University background related to Psychology, Labor Relations and/or HR. With at least one year of experience performing tasks such as contract management, social security, payroll, invoicing, sick leaves (ITs), among other typical department responsibilities. Additionally, among your duties, the main one will be anticipating our clients' needs. Your mission will be to MATCH candidates with companies. Posting job offers, resume screening, telephone, digital and face-to-face interviews, report preparation and follow-up. In addition to specializing as an HR Technician, it is important that you enjoy daily client interaction, advisory, and customer retention. **WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM YOU?** That you are passionate about human resources, and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Higher Vocational Training or University degree, preferably in Labor Relations, Psychology or Law. A person with strong customer and service orientation. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Immediate availability to start.
