We are a large family united by strong human values: *belief, hope, destiny, trust, and respect.* Our team continues to grow, and we are seeking an **Occupational Health and Safety Technician** for our headquarters in Barcelona. ***Your day-to-day responsibilities*** * Implementation of safety policies and procedures: Collaborate in developing and executing occupational health and safety policies and procedures within the company. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and promote best practices in occupational safety. * Incident investigation: Lead investigations into workplace incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes and proposing corrective measures. Timely record and report incidents, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions. * Foster a safety culture and encourage active employee participation in risk management. * Train and inform staff on occupational risk prevention. * Regulatory compliance: Stay current on applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal and external audits, providing required information and documentation. * Continuous improvement: Participate in identifying opportunities to improve occupational health and safety programs.
