We carry out project design and calculation with the support of our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our work includes proprietary projects as well as technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management firms. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are looking for a **Studies Technician** to work on projects with one of our clients in **Madrid.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparing economic proposals (cost estimates, subcontracting). * Preparing technical proposals (reports, schedules). * Analyzing projects (drawings, specifications). * Examining bill-of-quantity items: demolitions, structure, architecture, urban development. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a leading engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career with a leading firm in the engineering sector, we look forward to welcoming you!** **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Technical education: Technical Engineer / Technical Architect / Industrial Engineer / Civil Engineer. * +3 years’ experience in construction estimating offices / technical departments. * Practical experience in estimating (not solely on-site construction). * Experience in non-residential / industrial building projects. * Ability to conduct economic + technical analysis. * Knowledge of measurements, budgeting, tendering, and construction processes (building + civil engineering). * Experience preparing measurements and budgets using Presto. * Ability to analyze projects and drawings. * Experience in tenders or estimating for construction companies / EPC contractors. * Minimum English level B2. * Proficiency in: Presto, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel. * Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, and Cype is desirable.
