




Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Teleoperator to provide emotional support and telephone companionship, responding to emergencies from telecare users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote the wellbeing of service users We currently require a **Social Teleoperator**, to be based at our offices in **Madrid (Avda. Manoteras, 18)**, to **make calls** providing **emotional support and telephone companionship**, and to **respond by phone** to **emergencies** experienced by telecare service users. **What will you do in this role and what are your responsibilities?** * Make calls to provide emotional support and telephone companionship to users, offering active listening, emotional containment and psychological guidance, as well as conducting awareness-raising campaigns promoting user wellbeing. * Respond to telecare service users’ emergencies received telematically or via phone call at the contact centre, using management systems and applications, applying techniques and skills that guarantee service quality, personalised treatment and confidentiality. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract. * Part-time position: 30 hours/week. * Working hours: + Morning shift: Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with breaks established according to collective agreement. + Afternoon shift: Monday to Sunday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., with breaks established according to collective agreement. * Salary: €934.86 gross/month + two extra payments + holiday/Sunday bonus: €21.81 gross/day * Join a young, dynamic team and enjoy a positive working environment. **Key Skills and Experience:** * Compulsory: Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent qualification. * Strong communication and emotional management skills are essential to interact effectively with users during emergencies and provide emotional support when required. * Proficiency in office software and typing skills to accurately and efficiently record information during telecare calls. * Desirable: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in the socio-healthcare field, or Professional Certification in Telecare Calls. **A bit more about us** Tunstall is a leading provider in the healthcare and assistive technology market.
