You will report functionally to the STEM Selection Team coordination. Your main stakeholders will be: * Selection Team * HR Business Partners * Hiring Managers from various business lines You will not manage a team directly, but you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and exposure to high-impact areas. **What do you need to know?** * University degree; postgraduate studies in HR are valued. * **4–5 years** of experience in recruitment, preferably within consulting firms, technology companies, or executive search.
