We are currently seeking a **Senior Civil Engineer** to strengthen our technical team, for our offices in Madrid or Barcelona. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and development of civil works projects associated with building construction and industrial facilities (site development, roads, platforms, drainage, sanitation, and utility networks). * Earthworks studies, grading, and retaining solutions. * Technical coordination with structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines. * Development of projects across conceptual, basic, and execution design phases. * Review of models and drawings in a BIM environment. * Preparation of technical reports, quantity take-offs, and support in budgeting. * Technical liaison with clients, public authorities, and other project stakeholders. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports). * Minimum of 7 years’ experience in civil works projects. * Experience in building construction, industrial, or data center projects (highly desirable). * Proficiency in civil design and calculation tools and BIM environments. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and exercise technical autonomy. * High level of Spanish and technical English. **WE OFFER** * A positive working environment, an ethical and transparent company focused on people * A stable full-time position * Competitive salary based on experience and expertise * Profit-sharing scheme * Flexible compensation plan * Flexible working hours and remote work option (hybrid model) * The opportunity to join an innovative multinational firm, with experts collaborating worldwide
