**Senior BIM Modeler \| Revit Architecture and Structures \| Ibiza / Valencia \| On-site work** At **GRADUAL**, we are looking to hire a **Senior BIM Modeler** with advanced proficiency in **Revit**, especially in **Architecture and Structures**, and proven experience independently developing BIM projects. We seek a technically skilled, solution-oriented professional accustomed to taking responsibility for the quality of their models and documentation. **What will you do?** * Develop BIM models for **Architecture and Structures**. * Generate technical documentation autonomously. * Manage **families, parameters, links, coordinates, and IFC exchanges**. * Resolve technical issues and support the team by sharing best practices. * Ability to generate and maintain 2D graphic documentation—both derived from BIM models and created using AutoCAD—when project requirements demand it. **What are we looking for?** * Advanced proficiency in **Revit ARQ and EST**. * Experience working on BIM projects. * Capacity for autonomous production and sound technical judgment. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Availability to work **on-site in Ibiza or Valencia**. **We will especially value**, though not require, experience with: * Revit MEP. * Civil 3D. * Navisworks.
