The 90% of our projects are full rehabilitations carried out in collaboration with interior design studios; therefore, we seek a technically skilled, solution-oriented candidate with sensitivity to detail and finishes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision of ongoing works: quality control, adherence to deadlines, and coordination with workers. * Preparation of basic drawings and technical documentation for construction (AutoCAD proficiency required). * Meetings with clients and technical professionals (interior designers, architects, etc.) for project follow-up. * Budget and certification management and monitoring. * Coordination of various trades involved in each project. * Collaboration on technical office tasks (budgeting, planning), currently conducted remotely until the opening of the new office in Mollet del Vallès.
