As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the entire production process of our collections, ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency of every garment delivered to our customers. How will you add value? * Planning, supervising, and controlling the complete production process of collections. * Coordinating communication with suppliers, workshops, and international manufacturers. * Ensuring compliance with established deadlines, quality standards, and margins. * Collaborating closely with the Design team to optimize production processes. * Monitoring costs and tracking budgets. * Implementing continuous improvements in processes, materials, and delivery times. * Managing the flow of product-related information and technical documentation. * Ensuring sustainability, traceability, and compliance with internal quality and ethical production standards. What do you need to work with us? * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering or related fields. * At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in the fashion industry. * Solid knowledge of textile processes, garment manufacturing, and quality control. * Experience managing and negotiating with international suppliers and workshops. * Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt to changing environments. * High level of organization, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Skills in leading teams and collaborating with other departments. * Proficiency in Excel and planning tools or ERP systems. * Intermediate to advanced level of English.
