At unodetres, we collaborate with a company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and installation of ventilated and industrialized façades. Currently, the company is undergoing a phase of growth and consolidation, launching new products and expanding its production capacity; to support this, they are seeking to hire **a Production Manager** who will become a key piece within the organization, serving as the liaison between the technical office, manufacturing, and on-site construction. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Plan and supervise the production of aluminum carpentry elements, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate the workshop team and assembly teams to ensure projects are executed within established timelines. * Organize human, material, and machinery resources to meet production objectives. * Resolve technical issues, ensuring proper execution of projects. * Participate in defining and developing the production department, with autonomy over daily departmental management. * Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and regulations, including occupational health and safety requirements. * Coordinate with the technical office on interpreting drawings and specifications. **What are the requirements?** * Minimum qualification: Higher Technical Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Metal Carpentry, or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in aluminum carpentry or façade systems, with at least 2 years in leadership roles coordinating teams. * Organized, solution-oriented individual with leadership ability and proactive mindset. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00, and Friday intensive shift, 08:00–14:00. * Competitive salary within the sector, commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Opportunity to join an established and leading company in the construction industry. * Positive work environment and interdepartmental collaboration.
