Main responsibilities: • Program and optimize cutting machines • Organize and supervise the daily work of the operator team • Coordinate the collection of parts resulting from cutting • Supervise palletizing, packaging, and order preparation • Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery • Manage production incidents and propose process improvements • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards • Coordinate with Technical Office, Warehouse, and Logistics departments ### **Requirements** • Experience as a Line Manager, Production Supervisor, or similar role • Knowledge of programming and operation of laser and plasma cutting machinery • Leadership and team organization skills • A decisive, organized, and results-oriented individual • Logistics and shipping knowledge is desirable ### **Offered** Permanent contract Salary commensurate with experience and value added. **CDE PERSONNEL SELECTION** ----------------------------- * Burgos * Human Resources
