At present, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are searching for our client a **Production and Continuous Improvement Engineer** based in **Molina de Segura**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Define and establish costs during the quotation phase and the planned manufacturing procedures. * Ensure optimal levels of costs, lead times, and subcontracting, in coordination with Production and Technical Office. * Identify, supervise, and evaluate suppliers, participating in the supplier selection process and bid evaluation. * Analyze, define, and optimize manufacturing processes and methods, driving improvements aimed at efficiency and productivity. * Monitor and validate production times during industrialization and quotation phases. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions within the industrial sector. * Education in Technical Engineering or equivalent. * Solid knowledge of process engineering, measurements, estimations, and costing. * Experience in manufacturing processes and methods. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Real growth opportunities. * **Career development plan.** * Salary: 28\-35K. * Working hours: 9\-18h (flexible).
