Currently, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a **Production and Continuous Improvement Engineer** for our client, located in **Molina de Segura**. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Define and establish costs during the quotation phase and planned manufacturing procedures. * Ensure optimal levels of costs, timelines, and subcontracting, in coordination with Production and Technical Office. * Identify, supervise, and evaluate suppliers, participating in the supplier selection process and bid evaluation. * Analyze, define, and optimize manufacturing processes and methods, driving improvements focused on efficiency and productivity. * Monitor and validate production times during industrialization and quotation phases. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions within the industrial sector. * Degree in Technical Engineering or equivalent. * Solid knowledge of process engineering, measurements, estimations, and costing. * Experience in manufacturing processes and methods. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Real growth opportunities. * **Career development plan.** * Salary: 28\-35K. * Working hours: 9\-18h (flexible).
