At this time, as a personnel selection consultancy, we are seeking, on behalf of our client, a **Production and Continuous Improvement Engineer** based in **Molina de Segura**. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Define and establish costs during the quotation phase and the planned manufacturing procedures. * Ensure optimal levels of costs, timelines, and subcontracting, in coordination with Production and Technical Office. * Identify, supervise, and evaluate suppliers, participating in the supplier selection process and offer evaluation. * Analyze, define, and optimize manufacturing processes and methods, driving improvements focused on efficiency and productivity. * Monitor and validate production times during the industrialization and quotation phases. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions within the industrial sector. * Technical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. * Solid knowledge of process engineering, measurements, assessments, and costing. * Experience in manufacturing processes and methods. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Real growth opportunities. * **Career development plan.** * Salary: 28\-30K. * Working hours: 9\-18h (flexible).
