




Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Owner specialized in tax or labor products to lead the complete redefinition of products and transition them to a modern architecture. Key Highlights: 1. Description We are collaborating with a technology company undergoing full modernization following the acquisition of two new software solutions integrated into its product pipeline. We are looking for a **Product Owner** specialized in **tax products** and/or **labor products**. Your mission will be to lead the **complete redefinition** of these products and guide them toward a modern architecture, working side-by-side with the technical team. **Responsibilities** * Define the functional vision of the tax or labor product, according to your specialization. * Prioritize features and explain to the technical team their real impact on business and users. * Become the internal reference on regulations, processes, and case-specific scenarios in the tax and/or labor domain. * Work hand-in-hand with the development team to build an entirely new product (no legacy, no patches). * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain roadmap direction and ensure alignment. * Translate regulatory requirements and functional needs into clear, actionable requirements. * Actively participate in backlog refinements, epic definition, and user story creation. Basic Requirements * Solid experience in Product Owner roles. * Experience and knowledge working with tax and/or labor products: payroll, social security, IRPF, taxes, advisory firm processes, or HR department workflows. * Experience working with technical teams. * Preferred academic background: Labor Relations, Business Sciences, Finance / Taxation. * Strong prioritization skills, product vision, and deep understanding of how labor or tax processes actually operate. * Experience with professional software such as A3, Logisoft, Sage, etc. is highly valued.
