Description #### **Hello, Product Owner!** At **Kelea**, we continue to grow and are looking to bring on board a person with a clear product vision, analytical curiosity, and the ability to connect complex pieces using common sense. If you’re passionate about structuring information, validating data, and shaping products that truly work, keep reading. #### **What You’ll Do** You’ll join a project where numbers matter just as much as the decisions we make with them. Your mission will be to lead a strategic product for one of the IT areas of one of our key clients. You’ll work with **two interconnected teams**, ensuring that all pieces fit together and that data makes sense before decisions are made. Your main responsibilities will include: * Structuring information and presenting results clearly and visually. * Validating the consistency of the data we receive and identifying obvious inconsistencies or errors. * Ensuring calculations produced by other teams are correctly interpreted. * Facilitating communication between technical teams and the business. * Prioritizing, aligning, and maintaining an active product backlog. * Promoting continuous improvement and clarity in decision-making. Requirements #### **What We’re Looking For in You** We’re seeking someone who is a **quick learner, possesses critical thinking skills, and works autonomously**. Someone who doesn’t simply “receive data”, but questions it and transforms it into useful information. We especially value: * Experience as a Product Owner or in related roles (e.g., Product Analyst, Business Analyst). * Ability to understand and communicate complex calculations or business logic. * An analytical eye to detect inconsistencies or anomalies in information. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Availability to regularly attend the office during the week, managing your own schedule. * Native or advanced level of **Spanish**, as both the team and the business are local. #### **What We Offer You** An environment where learning is valued—but so is the speed with which you apply what you’ve learned.
