At Ovatio by Iberdrola (Vihotec Group), we are seeking a technically skilled professional with experience and sound judgment, capable of analyzing projects, anticipating problems, and making decisions that directly impact execution. This is a key role within the project workflow, where your work makes a tangible difference on site. Your mission in this position will be to ensure that each photovoltaic project is properly defined, validated, and optimized prior to execution—thereby avoiding technical deviations, errors, and cost overruns. You will serve as a key liaison between the commercial team and the execution team, with the ability to influence how projects unfold. What will you do in this role?: * Technically validate photovoltaic projects * Analyze layout plans and identify inconsistencies, risks, or deviations * Ensure coherence among budget, design, and on-site reality * Manage technical incidents prior to installation * Coordinate information across different departments (commercial, technical staff, installers) * Actively monitor project progress and deadlines * Make technical decisions during the validation process * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and operations We offer: * Base salary commensurate with academic qualifications and relevant experience * A stable position with an indefinite-term contract * Working hours from 7:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday, year-round * Corporate social benefits * Continuous training * Flexible compensation * A collaborative culture and an outstanding working environment * Higher education degree in electricity, renewable energy, or a related field * Prior experience in photovoltaic projects, validation, or layout planning * Strong technical analysis and decision-making skills * Autonomous, solution-oriented profile with a strong sense of responsibility and management capability * Ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments and demonstrate proactivity * Proficiency with tools such as Excel, ERP/CRM systems We especially value candidates who have already had to "solve real-world problems" in projects—not merely execute them.
