We are looking for a **People Management Technician**, whose main responsibilities would include: * Drafting and reviewing employment contracts to ensure correct application of labor regulations. * Processing enrollments in available social benefits for employees, ensuring their proper implementation. * Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll calculation and processing according to established calendar deadlines. * Resolving labor-related queries and incidents across all levels of the organization. * Maintaining compliance with labor legislation within the company. * Collaborating on the design of the Group’s compensation policy. * Proposing KPIs for monitoring and preparing periodic reports. A Master’s degree in HR Management and/or Labor Law is desirable. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel.
