




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Support and Implementation Consultant to manage customers and provide technical support for HR management software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and customer management for HR software. 2. Resolution of payroll and labor regulation inquiries. 3. Collaboration on the company’s internal payroll and travel application. At **ATM Grupo Maggioli**, we are looking for a **Payroll Support and Implementation Consultant** to join our team in Madrid. You will work with **our proprietary HR management software**, designed specifically for **Local Public Administration**, providing support to clients such as City Councils and other public entities from our Madrid-based team. **Responsibilities** * Providing technical support and assistance to customers regarding the usability of our labor management software. * Resolving inquiries related to the full payroll cycle, collective bargaining agreements, and labor regulations. * Maintaining direct communication and follow-up with clients (primarily City Councils). * Preparing and updating documentation. * Collaborating on tasks related to the company’s internal payroll application. * Conducting occasional on-site visits to implement the software at client locations (City Councils). **Requirements** * **Experience in labor consultancy or advisory firms**, having managed client portfolios. * Proficiency in the complete **payroll cycle**. * Valid **driver’s license** and availability for **occasional client visits** (mandatory). **We Offer** * **Permanent contract** * **Working hours**: Monday–Friday, 08:00–15:00 h + 2 afternoons per week * **No afternoon shifts** during the 3 summer months * **Hybrid work model** (60/40\) * Accessible offices located in the Santiago Bernabéu area. * **Flexible Compensation Plan** and accident insurance. * **24 working days** of **annual vacation** * December 24 and 31 are non-working days. **About Us** **ATM Grupo Maggioli** develops technological solutions for public sector entities in Spain, integrating over 50 years of industry expertise.
