Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Support and Implementation Consultant for our team, focused on supporting public administration clients using our proprietary software. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in the company's internal payroll application At **ATM Grupo Maggioli**, we are looking for a **Payroll Support and Implementation Consultant** to join our team in Madrid. If you come from a **labor consultancy or advisory firm**, have experience in **client management**, and possess knowledge of the **end-to-end payroll cycle**, this could be your opportunity to grow within a stable, technological, and specialized environment focused on the Public Administration. You will work **with our proprietary HR management software**, designed specifically for **Local Public Administration**, providing support to clients such as city councils and other public entities from our Madrid-based team. **Responsibilities** * Technical support and assistance to clients regarding usability of our labor management software. * Resolution of inquiries related to the full payroll cycle, collective bargaining agreements, and labor regulations. * Direct communication and follow-up with clients (primarily city councils). * Preparation and updating of documentation. * Collaboration on tasks related to the company's internal payroll application. * Occasional travel to conduct client implementations (city councils). **Requirements** * **Experience in labor consultancy or advisory services**, including client portfolio management. * Proficiency in the complete **payroll cycle**. * Valid **driver’s license** and availability for **occasional client travel** (mandatory). **We Offer** * **Indefinite-term contract** * **Working hours**: Monday–Friday, 08:00–15:00 + 2 afternoons per week * **No afternoon shifts** during the three summer months * **Hybrid work model** (60/40) * Accessible offices located in the Santiago Bernabéu area. * **Flexible Compensation Plan** and accident insurance. * **24 working days** of **annual vacation** * December 24 and 31 are non-working days. **About Us** **ATM Grupo Maggioli** develops technological solutions for public entities in Spain, integrating over 50 years of sector expertise.
