You will be part of the payroll team and provide support in the following tasks: Calculation of regular payrolls, extraordinary payments, severance payments, and back payments. Submission of payroll payment batches. Management of payroll-related incidents. Tax payments: Social Security and Personal Income Tax (IRPF). Monthly payment control and data reconciliation. Electronic communications with Social Security, SEPE, and other official bodies. Monthly preparation of operational staff cost reports per center. Collection of documentation for labor inspections and judicial proceedings. Analysis of collective bargaining agreements applicable to the company.
