DESCRIPTION Company specializing in **maintenance of security and fire protection (PCI) systems**, serving industrial clients and large office buildings, is seeking an **Official First-Class Technician** to join its maintenance team. We are looking for an experienced, solution-oriented, and customer-focused professional who can integrate into our maintenance operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Preventive and corrective maintenance** of systems: * **PCI**: detection, extinguishing, emergency lighting systems (BIES), fire extinguishers, pressure groups, etc. *(the most critical system for this position)* * Intrusion detection systems * Access control systems * CCTV * Technical support for troubleshooting and commissioning of systems. * Programming of **analogue alarm panels of any brand**. * Identification of deficiencies in clients’ installations. * Organization of personnel for **small-scale installations**. * Application of regulations **RIPCI and RSCIEI** to maintained systems. * Direct client interaction and preparation of basic reports. ### **Employment Conditions** * **Permanent contract**. * **Gross annual salary**: * From **30.000 €** * Up to **32.000 – 33.000 €**, depending on profile and experience * Possibility of **negotiation for highly qualified profiles** * **Working hours**: Primarily **7:00 to 15:00**, with possible variation to **8:00 to 17:30**, depending on assigned clients *(only 2 out of the current 24 technicians work this schedule).* * Company van and tools provided. * Opportunity to join an established company with a stable technical team. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in **installation and maintenance of PCI and security systems**. * **Official First-Class Technician qualification**. * Valid driver’s license. * Basic user-level knowledge of **office software**. * Ability to work autonomously and solve problems efficiently. * Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills. * Experience working with industrial clients and large office buildings. ### **Valuable Training and Certifications** * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) * Electrical Safety (PRL) * Working at Heights * Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) * RIFI or equivalent qualifications *(or possibility to obtain them after one year with the company)*
