We are currently seeking to **hire** a **Technical Office Technician** in **Málaga**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and outstanding service.** **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Technical analysis of project alternatives. * Preparation and review of drawings, technical reports, specifications, and tender documents. * Monitoring compliance with deadlines and technical specifications. * Technical–economic review and optimization of the project: review of calculations and material take-offs. * Support in managing variations, time extensions, and modifications. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or Technical Engineering in Public Works. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a construction company’s technical office. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Presto.
