Job Summary: Professional in nursing for health promotion, comprehensive user assessment, medication management, and interdisciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Health promotion and comprehensive user assessment 2. Interdisciplinary coordination and treatment follow-up 3. Ongoing communication with family members and team training Qualifications: DIPLOMA in Nursing or BACHELOR'S DEGREE in Nursing. Languages: SPANISH (fluent spoken). Contract Type: Permanent. Schedule: 8:00–14:30 and 15:57–20:00; Short Week and Long Week Health promotion and comprehensive user assessment. Administration and monitoring of medications and treatments prescribed by medical professionals. Coordination with Primary Care Centers (CAP), hospitals, and specialized services as needed. Taking and monitoring vital signs, and blood draws. Medication administration; coordination with pharmacy regarding modifications and/or medical prescriptions. Provision of nursing care. Management and control of clinical records and files. Ensuring proper hygiene status of users and facilities. Continuous communication with users’ family members. Design and active participation in the Individualized Care Plan (PAI). Coordination with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive user care. Health-related training for staff and supervision of delegated tasks * Diploma or Technical Engineering Degree – Nursing * Spanish (Advanced spoken, Advanced written) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1979 * Additional relevant information: Collective Agreement for Elderly Care – GERCAT. Long Week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday. Short Week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
