Our early specialization and continuous commitment to adopting technological advancements have made us an internationally recognized company for the talent, quality, and innovation of each of our projects. ***We design today the data centers of the future.*** Right now, we want to keep growing, and therefore we present you with our latest opening within our Digital department. **What will your responsibilities be?** After receiving the task list from the design lead and addressing them according to project standards, you will need to plan and identify modeling issues, assess their impact on project scheduling, and report this to the project manager. In addition, your daily tasks will include creating and developing the BIM model based on information and documents provided by the design team, creating families and different elements that make up the models. Likewise, you will generate and issue project documentation from the model \[drawings], including legends, construction details, and 2D schematics for each of the different installations. All of this will be possible through proper coordination with other members of the BIM team to ensure model consistency and project documentation; guaranteeing quality and resolving assigned interference issues. **How will you do it?** You will become part of a team composed of professionals with diverse educational backgrounds and varied experiences, which will allow you to develop an interesting and enriching perspective. Also, we have a Development Program focused on mentoring for your role, so that in the short to medium term, you can perform and lead your projects autonomously. **What do you need to fit the role?** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to BIM modeling, specifically disciplines such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Telecommunications, etc. * Ability to interpret schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and installation layouts. * Experience in creating and issuing architectural drawings from the model. * Completed courses and training programs in BIM software. * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit modeling software. * Knowledge of tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc. * Ability to create and develop BIM models following established standards and guidelines. * Understanding of technical and construction aspects of projects.
