Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Installations Engineer with experience in MEP project management and team leadership for a multinational company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage MEP projects in building construction from inception to execution 2. Lead work teams and define conceptual design criteria 3. We are a people-centered organization, with responsible teams and values that we apply daily. We are currently seeking a Mechanical Installations Engineer for our offices in Barcelona or Madrid. We seek a person who serves as a reference expert in their discipline for the rest of the team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management of MEP installation projects in building construction (commercial, industrial, healthcare, public sectors) from preliminary design and basic design through to detailed design * Client advisory during the initial project phase * Managing client requirements and coordinating needs with team members * Leading the work team, project planning, defining conceptual design criteria for mechanical installations, preliminary sizing, calculation, and technical documentation of the installations to be developed * Supporting Construction Management in document control and in controlling execution, testing, and commissioning * Audits of mechanical installations **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering * Over 10 years of experience in designing and calculating mechanical installations (HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, sanitation, gas, etc.) in the tertiary sector * Proficiency in the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE), Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings (RITE), Regulation on Fire Protection Installations (RIPCI), and Regulation on Fire Protection Systems in Industrial Establishments (RSCIEI) * Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of CYPE MEP or other similar software is highly desirable * Experience in engineering team and project management * Intermediate level of English **WE OFFER** * A positive work environment, an ethical and transparent company focused on people * A stable full-time position * Competitive salary based on experience and expertise * Profit-sharing scheme * Flexible compensation plan * Flexible working hours and teleworking option (hybrid model) * Opportunity to join an innovative multinational firm, with experts collaborating worldwide
