Are you ready? * **Location:** Majadahonda, Madrid * **Department:** Corporate Business Area \- Management Information * The level of the position will be adjusted according to the experience of the selected candidate **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------------------- * Participate in building analytical solutions for corporate business information using tools in a Cloud environment. * Create detailed reports and data-based presentations for various committees and organizational levels. * Develop predictive analytics models to support the group's strategic decision-making. * Engage in the data analysis phase, understanding business characteristics and the necessary steps to ensure data quality and consistency. Generate and monitor the analytical model. * Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and patterns that could influence the group's global operations. * Assess business opportunities through advanced data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools. * Plan and manage business intelligence projects across the different countries where MAPFRE operates, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. * Coordinate and monitor information reported by the countries where the Group is present, guaranteeing its quality. * Research and analyze new technologies and methodologies that could improve business intelligence processes. **What profile are we looking for?** --------------------------------- * **Education:** Degree in Data Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, or similar. * **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in data management-related roles. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint * Experience with information visualization and analysis tools (Power BI or similar) * Knowledge of ETL tools and programming (Python) * **Languages:** English C1 (Advanced) * Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams in an international setting. * We are seeking a solution-oriented, organized individual who documents their work, is precise and detail-focused. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- * A flexible schedule and 124 hours of remote work per quarter, adaptable to your needs.
