Reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager and following a training period, you will carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance on the facilities assigned to your territory. **Responsibilities** * Ensure the proper operation of the assigned facility portfolio in your territory—including elevators, escalators, etc.—by performing preventive maintenance activities and/or necessary repairs, in accordance with the maintenance plan, technical assistance procedures, and policies. * Keep customers informed about the status of their facilities. * Ensure equipment compliance with current legal regulations, minimizing impact on customers and the environment. * Ensure the longevity and proper functioning of tools and equipment under your responsibility. * Guarantee compliance with internal policies on Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment. **Who We Are Looking For** Do you enjoy the services/operations area and are you a proactive, results-oriented person?
