Stable employment (6 months + indefinite) on a full-time basis. **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a **General Services Maintenance Technician** to join our team and carry out preventive and corrective actions at two buildings located in the center of **Barcelona**. * The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of building facilities, performing preventive, corrective, and technical support tasks across various areas (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, locksmithing, etc.). * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work on building facilities (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, light masonry, carpentry, painting, etc.). * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities. * Respond to incidents and breakdowns reported by users or building managers. * Support assembly tasks, minor renovations, or space adaptations. * Verify compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations during interventions. * Collaborate with external providers when necessary (specialized services). * Complete work reports and maintenance records using digital or manual tools.
