Two people are sought to monitor personalized socio-labor integration pathways. The work targets individuals in situations of vulnerability in the Polígono Sur neighborhood, facilitating both access to salaried employment and self-employment. Responsibilities include guidance, training, labor intermediation, and comprehensive support. Business prospecting, management of professional internships, company intermediation, and support during selection processes will also be carried out. Support is provided for the creation of micro-enterprises, and post-integration follow-up is conducted. Coordination is required with social services, third-sector organizations, companies, and public administration, as well as community engagement and promotion of support networks. The profile requires a university degree in the social field or equivalent, and at least six months of documented experience in socio-labor integration or entrepreneurship programs targeting vulnerable groups. Valued competencies include labor guidance, working with individuals at risk of exclusion, business intermediation, and inter-institutional coordination. Proficiency in digital tools, empathy, teamwork ability, and social responsibility are also required. The position combines fieldwork with office-based activities. Working hours are full-time, with possible schedule flexibility depending on the program. Office hours are from 8:30 to 15:30, under the Social Action and Intervention Agreement. The contract is a traineeship contract, and the annual gross salary ranges between 18\.001 and 24\.000 euros, depending on qualifications.
