We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of Labor Advisory Technician, whose mission is to act as a trusted labor expert for our partners—guiding and advising them on labor matters. Additionally, the selected candidate will ensure an outstanding customer experience, contribute to the effective management of labor relations, and guarantee compliance with all applicable legal obligations at their establishments. Main Responsibilities: * Provide individualized labor advisory services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction at all times. * Identify and address labor-related issues, proposing effective solutions and developing strategies to ensure process quality in accordance with current regulations. * Stay up-to-date on current labor laws and ensure client companies comply with all applicable regulations. * Prepare labor-related documentation and manage required procedures with public agencies. * Participate in payroll processing, incident handling, social security management, etc. * Participate in updating and adapting collective bargaining agreements and other applicable legislation. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Labor Advisory Services. * Additional specialized or formal training related to labor advisory services is desirable. * Full-time dedication to this role. * Passionate about labor relations, with exceptional skills to guide and advise our clients. * A curious mindset committed to continuous learning and staying updated on all labor-related matters.
