Learn more at cibervoluntarios.network WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Partnerships with affiliated organizations Design and implement strategies to incorporate new organizations into the network. Identify NGOs, associations, foundations, community centers, cooperatives, and public entities aligned with our mission. Persuasively present the value of joining Cibervoluntarios Network and lead the affiliation process. Develop tailored value propositions for different types of organizations. Management and support of existing member organizations Train organizations on network methodologies, tools, and resources. Conduct ongoing monitoring of objectives and activities. Ensure fulfillment of commitments and timelines. Identify needs, propose improvements, and maximize utilization of tools and opportunities. Maintain active communication to strengthen ties with each organization. Operational and cross-cutting processes Use digital tools for registration, tracking, and activity analysis. Prepare periodic reports on recruitment, performance, and impact. Collaborate with communications and coordination teams to optimize materials and strategies. Represent the network at national and international meetings, events, and networking forums. **Requirements:** --------------- REQUIREMENTS English C1 (spoken and written) is mandatory. Prior experience in partner acquisition, business development, strategic alliances, or community management. Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage long-term relationships with multiple organizations. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and clear results orientation. Fluent use of digital tools (CRM, video conferencing, collaborative platforms). Experience in third-sector organizations, digital inclusion, or social projects will be valued. 100% on-site work at our office in Málaga. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Work with purpose within a growing international network. Permanent full-time contract. 35-hour workweek: Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:30. Salary: €22,000 gross annually.
