Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer (Public Works) for railway projects in Madrid, with responsibilities in the development, management, supervision, and technical control of civil engineering works. For new projects in the Railway Sector, we require a **CIVIL ENGINEER (PUBLIC WORKS) in Madrid**, reporting to the Project Director. The main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities:** * **Drafting and development of civil engineering projects**, including roads, urban developments, water supply and sanitation networks, drainage systems, and hydraulic infrastructure. * **Project management and supervision of construction works**, monitoring execution, schedules, costs, quality, and compliance with project specifications. * **Technical and economic control of construction works**, including certifications, measurements, budgeting, and cost control. * **Setting-out and topographic surveying**, ensuring accurate on-site implementation of infrastructure. * **Structural and hydraulic calculations and design**, in accordance with current regulations. * **Coordination of occupational health and safety on site**, ensuring compliance with occupational risk prevention legislation. * **Team management and subcontractor coordination**, optimizing material and human resources. * **Administrative processing and project management**, including permits, licenses, and technical documentation. * **Quality control of materials and construction execution**, supervising tests and verifying technical specifications. * **Application and interpretation of technical and environmental regulations**, ensuring sustainability and feasibility of interventions. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering / ITOP degree * 3–4 years’ experience in civil engineering design * Experience in both construction sites and technical offices. * Experience in drainage systems, foundations, etc. **Location:** * Madrid **Offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Indefinite-term contract.
