The selected candidate will join our flagship project within the Public Administration, collaborating in the main infrastructure control center. We don't expect perfection, but it would be great if you have... * General technical knowledge of infrastructures and applications, enabling you to understand and lead CABs—meetings where risks of infrastructure changes (such as communications, infrastructure, security, etc.) and application deployments across different environments are assessed. * Leadership and proactivity to follow up on tasks performed by other team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery. * Experience in managing and coordinating major change schedules. * Catalan language proficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Acting as backup for the service manager \- Leading CABs \- Leading crisis situations related to incident/change management. * Coordinating and updating major change schedules presented to clients and suppliers * Monitoring process indicators * Tracking team tasks and reporting to client managers * Defining and monitoring the implementation of process management tasks (incidents/changes/problems) **Additional Information** What do we offer you? * Permanent, full-time contract * 23 vacation days * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language skills.
