Hit play! **What do we expect from you?** Technically, it is essential that you have: * Experience in **B2B inbound content production**, ideally within **SaaS environments**. * Knowledge of **buyer personas, conversion funnels, and SEO strategies (on\-page and off\-page)**. * Ability to create business-oriented content aligned with marketing and sales objectives. * Experience with **CMS (WordPress or similar)**. * Advanced knowledge of **HubSpot** and proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush...). * Skill in **measuring results and optimizing content** based on data and key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI). * Ability to **coordinate with cross-functional teams**: design, video, web, translation, Paid Media, Product, or Customer Success. * Excellent **writing skills and tone adaptation across channels and markets** (blog, email, social media, ads, etc.). And you’ll shine ✨ if you also have: * Experience in **link building strategies, guest blogging, and digital PR**. * Knowledge of **marketing automation and advanced segmentation**. * Experience in **dynamic environments or scale\-ups**. * High level of **English** or experience creating multilingual/localized content. **What will you do at Sesame HR?** **Business-focused content** * Develop and execute content aligned with business goals and the buyer journey. * Identify key topics based on **industry trends, customer pain points, and market needs**. * Plan and maintain an **editorial calendar** including blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, social media, webinars, and newsletters. * Ensure proper **integration of content across funnel stages** (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). * Collaborate with the **Growth Marketing Manager** to implement and optimize content within the CRM, ensuring effective segmentation. * Oversee the **SEO strategy** with the specialized team to ensure alignment with acquisition goals. ✍️ **Content creation and optimization** * Create and optimize **TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU** content focused on SEO and conversion (blogs, landing pages, emails, webinars, video scripts, etc.). * Edit and publish content on **WordPress** or other CMS platforms. * Define **copies for Paid campaigns** (banners, ads, Google Ads) in coordination with the Paid Media team. * Coordinate briefs and visual/audiovisual production with design, video, and external agencies. * Supervise the correct **distribution of content across organic and paid channels**: * **Blog \& Web:** articles optimized for organic traffic and conversion. * **Social Media:** messages consistent with brand strategy and positioning. * **Email Marketing \& CRM:** integration into workflows, lead nurturing, and newsletters. * **Paid Media:** persuasive copies aligned with inbound strategy. **Analysis and continuous improvement** * Measure content performance using tools such as **HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or SEMrush**. * Analyze key metrics to optimize content and improve traffic, engagement, and conversion outcomes. * Propose data-driven optimizations to enhance content effectiveness across channels. **Cross-functional collaboration** You’ll work closely with multiple teams to ensure content is perfectly aligned with overall marketing and business objectives: * **Organic Marketing Manager:** content automation and workflows. * **SEO Team:** on\-page and off\-page optimization, link building, and keyword strategy. * **Paid Media:** defining ad content and video scripts. * **Social Media:** message and brand tone alignment. * **Sales \& Customer Success:** adapting content to customer needs. * **Product Marketing:** developing educational and technical content about the platform. * **Translation:** localization and adaptation of content for new markets and languages. **What we look for in you** At Sesame HR, as a fast-growing scale\-up, we seek people who thrive in dynamic, agile environments full of opportunities.
