**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking an implementer for our Madrid offices. You will join ISS’s Transformation team, responsible for executing digital solution implementation projects for operational management. **Main Responsibilities** * Project management of implementation activities. * Needs analysis and solution design. * Coordination with technical and business teams. * Implementation preparation and documentation. * Training, change support, and change management. * Post-implementation monitoring and initial support. * Continuous improvement and evolution of the solution. * Industrialization of implementations: participation in defining and standardizing implementation processes. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher Vocational Training qualification, with technological interest; Engineering degree is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Facility Management knowledge is preferred. * Fluent English is mandatory. * Occasional travel to ISS and client sites across Spain will be required. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Ability to configure and automate parts of one’s work in Excel. * Knowledge of data tables is a plus. * Experience with GMAOs and CAFMs will be valued. **We Offer** * Permanent full-time employment with a leading multinational in its sector, offering professional growth opportunities. * Hybrid work model. * Working hours from Monday to Thursday: 8:00\-16:30, and Fridays until 14:00, all year round.
