We are seeking a **Human Resources Management Technician**, whose main responsibilities would be as follows: * Draft and review employment contracts to ensure correct application of labor regulations. * Process enrollments for available social benefits for employees, ensuring proper implementation. * Guarantee accuracy and timeliness in payroll calculation and processing according to the established calendar deadlines. * Clarify labor-related queries and incidents across all company levels. * Maintain compliance with labor legislation within the company. * Collaborate in the design of the Group's remuneration policy. * Propose KPIs for monitoring and prepare periodic reports. A Master’s degree in HR Management and/or Labor Law is desirable. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency.
