With at least one year of experience managing contracts, social security, payroll, invoicing, sick leaves (ITs), among other typical department tasks. Additionally, one of your main responsibilities will be anticipating our clients' needs. Your mission will be to MATCH candidates with companies. Posting job offers, resume screening, phone, digital and face-to-face interviews, reporting and follow-up. In addition to specializing as an HR Technician, it is important that you enjoy daily client interaction, advising and customer retention. **WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM YOU?** A passion for human resources, and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Higher or University education, preferably in Labor Relations, Psychology or Law. Customer-oriented and service-focused individual. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Immediate availability to start.
