We envision a candidate holding a Higher Vocational Training qualification or University degree related to Psychology, Labor Relations and/or Human Resources. Minimum one year’s experience required in tasks such as contract administration, social security management, payroll processing, invoicing, temporary incapacity certifications (medical leaves), and other typical departmental responsibilities. Additionally, your primary responsibility will be anticipating our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to MATCH candidates with companies: publishing job offers, screening CVs, conducting telephone, digital, and face-to-face interviews, preparing reports, and follow-up. Beyond specializing as an HR Technician, it is essential that you enjoy daily client interaction, advisory support, and client retention. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** Passion for human resources and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Higher Vocational Training or University degree—preferably in Labor Relations, Psychology, or Law. Highly customer- and service-oriented individual. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work on-site from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Immediate availability to join.
