Based at the Maspalomas \& Tabaiba Princess Hotel, we seek a passionate individual committed to people and talent development. **Your Mission** Contribute to the growth and development of our teams by participating in recruitment processes and internal communication initiatives, helping project our culture and values both within and beyond the organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Personnel selection * Publishing and managing job postings across multiple channels. * Resume screening and competency-based interviews. * Coordinating with hotel managers and departments to define profiles and requirements. * Onboarding follow-up. * Participation in development projects. **Communication and Social Media** * Creating content for corporate HR social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). * Supporting employer branding campaigns, * Participating in job fairs, career days, and educational presentations. * Representing the company publicly at training or institutional events.
