If you have recruitment experience and are motivated to work in a dynamic environment, this could be an excellent opportunity to further develop your professional career. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out hiring/renewals of operational staff, manage documentation, and enter data into SAP. * Manage contract terminations. * Resolve incidents related to social security affiliation movements. * Register mandatory occupational health and safety (PRL) training (preventor). * Generate reports and lists (SAP queries). * Monitor the signing of contractual documentation. * Collect labor documentation for inspections and/or audits. * Manage monthly payroll reconciliation with social security. * Advise the operations department on contractual arrangements. **Conditions:** * Contract type: Permanent. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00. * Remuneration: 19k SBA * Immediate start.
