




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage HR, administrative, telephone support, calendar coordination, and billing functions in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Proactivity, willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow **Responsibilities** * Telephone support and management of emails and the Executive Team’s calendar. * HR management across multiple work centers (occupational health and safety, onboarding, offboarding, modifications, job pool, incident management). * Updating and maintaining HR management systems. * Managing employment documentation: contracts, addenda, archiving and maintenance of personnel files, and administration of employment contracts (onboarding/offboarding, renewals, etc.). * Supporting preparation of budgets, delivery notes, and invoices. * Coordinating/managing calendars for teams under executive supervision, meetings, and office tasks. * Basic incident tracking and follow-up of internal procedures. * Service billing. * Managing time-tracking application. Requirements * Education in HR, administration (billing, labor law, and accounting) or related fields. * Proficiency with office tools, especially Word, Excel, general office software, and email. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional interpersonal conduct. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * High **discretion and confidentiality** in handling sensitive information. * Strong written and verbal **communication** skills. * **Proactivity**, willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow within HR administration. * Ability to **adapt** to workload peaks and shifting priorities. * Prior experience in a service-oriented company is preferred. * Availability of a vehicle and a valid driver’s license is preferred. **What We Offer** * **Indefinite-term contract** after probation period. * **30-hour weekly schedule**, morning shifts, with potential progression to full-time in the short/medium term. * **On-site** working modality. * Opportunity for development and learning in the Human Resources area.
