




Job Summary: HR Administrative Assistant responsible for managing employment documentation, handling telephone inquiries, coordinating teams, and invoicing. Key Highlights: 1. Values adaptability and teamwork **Responsibilities** * Answering phone calls and managing emails and the Executive's calendar. * Managing HR activities across multiple work centers (occupational health and safety, employee onboarding/offboarding, modifications, job pool, incident management). * Updating and maintaining HR management systems. * Managing employment documentation: contracts, annexes, filing, maintenance of personnel files, and administration of employment contracts (onboarding/offboarding, renewals, etc.). * Supporting budget preparation, delivery notes, and invoicing. * Coordinating/managing team calendars under executive supervision, meetings, and office tasks. * Basic incident tracking and follow-up of internal procedures. * Service invoicing. * Managing timekeeping application. Requirements * Education in HR, administration (invoicing, labor law, and accounting), or related field. * Proficiency in office software, especially Word, Excel, general office applications, and email. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional interpersonal conduct. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * High level of **discretion and confidentiality** when handling sensitive information. * Strong written and verbal **communication** skills. * **Proactivity**, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for developing a career in HR administration. * Ability to **adapt** to workload peaks and shifting priorities. * Prior experience in a service-oriented company is preferred. * Possession of a vehicle and valid driver's license is a plus. **What We Offer** * **Permanent contract after probation period**. * **30-hour weekly schedule during morning hours**, with potential progression to full-time in the short-to-medium term. * **On-site** working arrangement. * Opportunity for development and learning in the Human Resources field.
