At Grup RV, based in Barcelona and with nearly 50 years of experience in the tourism sector, we continue to grow and evolve. Since 1976, we have managed 14 hotels along the Costa Brava, the Balearic Islands, and London, always committed to diversification, sustainability, and internationalization. We are now looking to strengthen our team at our central offices in Barcelona by hiring a Business Developer who will help us identify new business opportunities and drive strategic expansion projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospecting: research and generate new business opportunities (hotel acquisitions/leases). * Create, update, and maintain databases of contacts, clients, and projects. * Handle and make phone calls to clients, suppliers, and partners. * Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and follow-up materials. * Collaborate in the planning and monitoring of expansion projects. * Provide cross-departmental support when necessary. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in administrative management, commerce, or related fields. * Previous experience in administrative or departmental support roles. * Advanced knowledge of office software packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Native or fluent proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
