Comprehensive maintenance and regulatory management in tertiary buildings We seek a professional to manage maintenance contracts for tertiary-use buildings in Viladecans, such as hospitals, hotels, and offices. The position entails high autonomy, direct client interaction, and responsibility for the technical, operational, and economic quality of services. You will serve as the technical liaison with clients, ensuring compliance with current regulations. You will be responsible for planning maintenance activities, supervising technical teams, and analyzing data to propose improvements. You will manage key regulatory aspects including RITE, PCI, BT/AT, fluorinated gases, and legionella, maintaining required documentation and coordinating with control authorities. You will also handle breakdowns, coordinating resources to minimize impact. You will be responsible for client communication, monitoring service-level agreements, identifying improvement opportunities, and controlling costs to ensure profitability. Leadership capability over teams is highly valued. Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent. Education: Technical/Industrial Engineering degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in installations or maintenance. Additional training in maintenance management or specific regulations is desirable. Proven experience of 5–10 years in technical installations maintenance, with particular emphasis on contract management in tertiary buildings. Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and comprehensive installation maintenance, as well as preventive, regulatory, and corrective maintenance. Familiarity with current technical regulations and ability to perform technical\-economic analysis.
