Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Facility Services and Urban Services business, is seeking a Service Manager for its offices in the southern region (possible locations: Cádiz \- Sevilla).**Job Description** **Mission:** Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for managing assigned contracts in the Sevilla and Cádiz area, coordinating operations, the work team, and strategic actions with the client, in accordance with management instructions, ensuring the company’s objectives regarding growth and profitability. **Responsibilities:** Carry out service management, resolving any incidents that may arise and proposing improvements in execution to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Supervise the hiring, management, and training of personnel under their responsibility. Prepare the annual budget, its revisions throughout the year, and monthly closings, analyzing identified variances and proposing corrective measures. Supervise and analyze recurring purchases within their scope of management to guarantee service provision and facilitate economic control of contract-related expenses.** Supervise compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environmental Management. Collaborate with the technical department in preparing proposals. Foster client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify additional potential needs, aiming to expand service volume, service types, and/or geographic scope. Prepare technical reports. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture, Facilities Management, or equivalent qualification. * 3\- 5 years’ experience managing contracts for cleaning, waste collection, and street cleaning services. * Additional training in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Experience in budget management and financial control. * Strong communication and negotiation skills with trade unions and workers. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment, enabling all individuals to participate on equal terms.
