Our offices are located in **Sant Cugat del Vallès.** **What will be your main objectives as a Technical Fiscal/Finance Support Agent?** You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our customers in the Fiscal and Finance areas. This role is vital to ensuring our users can efficiently navigate and use our suite of fiscal software, and to maintaining the excellence and reliability of our software. As a Technical Support Agent, you will: * **Customer Support:** Provide direct assistance to customers with questions or issues related to our fiscal software suite, including ERP, accounting, estimations, and invoicing. * **Advisory Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving queries from tax advisors, ensuring they can deliver their services effectively. * **Incident Reporting:** Collect information on bugs to contribute to the continuous technical improvement of our software. * **Accounting Support:** Assist in preparing accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations. * **Billing and Collections Support:** Provide support in billing and collections processes. * **Account Books and Tax Support:** Assist in preparing and filing accounting books and tax settlements according to applicable legislation. * Vocational training (FP) in Administration and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * Advisory Experience: Prior experience in tax advisory or consulting firms is highly valued. * Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be in constant contact with users. * Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
