You will be part of an innovative and committed team 3. #TopEmployers2025 certification in Spain **What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to ensure the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of the Corporate Headquarters building and commercial offices, guaranteeing proper management of general services, facility maintenance, and resource optimization, in order to provide a functional, safe working environment aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. And additionally: - Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities at the Headquarters and commercial offices (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural, etc.), ensuring operational continuity and minimizing downtime. - Coordinate and supervise service providers (technical maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, gym sports management, etc.) and act as the point of contact for internal requests, incidents, and tracking their resolution. - Ensure regulatory compliance, including occupational health and safety, environmental standards, as well as supervision of emergency plans, evacuation procedures, drills, and proper building risk management. - Plan and manage improvement, renovation, and space adaptation projects, including assessment of facility conditions and communication with the Maintenance Coordinator and other support areas (CAU, PRL, Security, etc.). - Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, monitor variances, propose corrective actions, and prepare periodic management reports and performance indicators. - Control and manage the GMAO tool (GIM) for incident logging, work order tracking, and overall maintenance traceability. **What do you need?** Education: Medium or higher vocational qualification. Experience: At least 3–5 years’ experience in comprehensive facilities management and maintenance of corporate buildings. Languages: English proficiency is desirable.
