We operate with a close, professional, and human approach—where each user, employee, and family member matters. **Our values define us:** * **The art of caring:** applying knowledge and humanity to care and wellbeing. * **Pioneering spirit:** innovation and technology are part of our everyday reality. * **Innate empathy:** we value active and affective listening. * **Shared trust:** we foster relationships based on commitment and mutual trust. * **Emotional sincerity:** we bring authenticity to every relationship. **What you’ll find at DomusVi** * A culture genuinely focused on caring for and respecting people (users, employees, families). * An interdisciplinary and collaborative team that supports you, listens to you, and enables your development. * Job stability and conditions adapted to your needs. * Time dedicated to what matters most: delivering high-quality care. * Spaces to develop and grow professionally. **Your responsibilities as Facilities and Maintenance Manager:** * Plan, organize, and assign tasks and objectives for the facilities technical team, clarifying and resolving potential doubts during execution. * Manage budgetary control regarding investment or expenditure for centers/departments under your responsibility, including placing orders, preparing execution budgets, and approving invoices for services/products delivered. * Fully manage preventive and corrective maintenance contracts, centralizing their monitoring and ensuring an integrated, holistic view to optimize control. * Design, establish, and drive implementation of internal operating protocols, standardizing management processes and procedures across center maintenance operations. * Continuously monitor and update applicable regulations and legislation concerning company property maintenance, adapting them accordingly and communicating updates to centers. * Provide attention and support to requirements from other corporate departments, particularly those arising from internal and external audits. * Conduct ongoing analysis of potential internal weaknesses in center maintenance activities and propose corrective measures. **What we offer:** * Full-time position with indefinite contract. * Hybrid work modality. * Onboarding at our central offices in Barcelona, located on Carrer d’Aribau, subject to candidate availability. * Collaborative and respectful work environment. * Work-life balance. * Continuous training, flexible compensation plan, access to discount club, medical insurance, and career development plan. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Building Construction. * A Master’s degree or additional training in industrial organization, occupational risk prevention, or facility management is desirable. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in digital communication tools, Microsoft Office, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). * Knowledge of RITE (Technical Regulation for Thermal Installations in Buildings), RICPI (Technical Regulation for Fire Protection Installations), data protection regulations, and regulations governing legionella surveillance, prevention, and monitoring. * Completion of training courses related to this field, as well as complementary training promoting equality, will be considered favorably.
