Join a team that champions innovation, efficiency, and people’s wellbeing. #### **Introduction** As part of the Electrical Workshop area at the Castellar Vidrio plant and reporting to the Maintenance Department Head, the selected candidate will be responsible for scheduling, organizing, and leading electrical, electronic, and instrumentation maintenance (predictive, preventive, and corrective), while promoting compliance with safety and environmental prevention measures. #### **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise the team’s preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities—covering electrical, electronic, and instrumentation & control systems. * Conduct analyses and collaborate with the Technical Office on planning electrical-electronic and communications expansions and new installations. * Ensure appropriate stock levels of material resources required for scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Participate in technical meetings with direct supervisors and other collaborators to coordinate and optimize processes aimed at improving results. * Monitor, analyze, and drive actions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of electrical and electronic installations, implementing appropriate measures. * Collaborate in all responsibilities within their area/department that effectively support the role’s mission. #### **Key Requirements** * Education: Vocational Training Level 2 / Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electrical or Industrial Electronics. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position of responsibility within the maintenance area. * Desirable: Training in technology, maintenance, and/or production fields. * Competencies: Responsiveness, teamwork, and problem-solving ability. #### **What We Offer** * The opportunity to join a stable, forward-looking project committed to sustainable glass packaging. * Permanent employment contract. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:00; Friday 8:00–14:00.
